Rose Farm
When Rose Farm started many years ago, selling meat from a converted farm building, their objective was to offer quality meat that they had produced ourselves. They produce beef and pork on the farm, which is then sold through the farm shop. They also purchase from local trusted suppliers when they need additional supplies, ensuring that they continue to be able to provide the customers with quality produce. The beef is hung for at least 21 days to ensure great tasting, succulent cuts of tender meat.. Their lamb comes from Andrew Williamson, Ridge Hill Farm, Utkinton. The fact that they produce our own meat and buy from local suppliers means we can provide full traceability on all their cuts, right through from field to plate.
