Baked Tunworth with Dipping Potatoes


Ingredients

  • A whole small Tunworth in the little wooden box
  • A close of garlic peeled and halved

Method

  1. Take the cheese from its wooden box and remove the paper wrapping. Soak the box in water for a couple of mintues to ensure it doesn't burn when its in the oven.  Push the cheese back into the box.
  2. Smear the top of the cheese with the cut halves of garlic.
  3. Place in an oven at about 180C for 20 minutes.  Remove when hot and bubbling.
  4. Serve with cooked new potatoes to dip into.
